Dr. Mirko Caspar combines strategic leadership and inner development. As Co-CEO of Mister Spex, he scaled the company to over €200M in revenue and led it through a successful IPO in 2021. Earlier, he worked as a McKinsey consultant and co-founded two boutique strategy firms. Today, he supports fast-growing companies as coach, consultant, investor, and board member.
My Story
For over a decade, I led Mister Spex as Co-CEO, scaling it into one of Europe's leading multi-channel retailers and taking it public in 2021. Before that, I worked at McKinsey and co-founded two successful strategy boutiques.
Today, I invest in startups, sit on the board of Gitti, and support leaders and companies in navigating growth and complexity.
But my most important leadership lessons didn’t come from boardrooms or business plans, they came from within. Moments of pressure and exhaustion made me realize that leadership isn’t just about what you do, but the state you're in when you do it.
This insight led me to study non-dual mindfulness approaches and to develop the Five Foundations of Inner Leadership—a practical framework for leading with clarity, presence, and purpose.
It's the foundation of my work today.
